TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Terms
These General Terms and Conditions (referred to as "Terms and Conditions") govern the access and usage of Luxo Holding's mobile applications, products, software, websites, APIs, and other services (referred to as "Platform") and, if applicable, other service providers available on or through the Platform. By utilizing the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any referenced policies. Luxo Holding reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or any additional terms related to the Platform to reflect changes in laws or updates to the Platform. It is advisable to review these Terms and Conditions regularly, and your continued use of the Platform will signify your acceptance of any revised terms. Notice of modified additional terms will be posted within the relevant service. If you do not agree to the modified terms for the Platform or any offered service, it is recommended to discontinue your use of the Platform or the specific service.
User Registration
To access the Luxo Holding Platform, users are required to create an account ("Account") in accordance with the applicable User Agreement and any other relevant agreements with Luxo Holding. In these Terms and Conditions, the terms "you" or "your" refer to the Account owner, while "Luxo Holding," "us," and "our" refer to the corresponding entity of Luxo Holding with which you have entered into a User Agreement.
Funding the Platform
Luxo Holding aims to provide convenience to users, allowing them to fund transactions or their Account using various financial instruments and/or accounts, such as bitcoin and other related crypto services. By funding transactions or the Account, you confirm that you are authorized to use the designated financial instrument and/or account, and you provide authorization to Luxo Holding (along with any designated payment processor or service provider) to charge the full amount to the specified financial instrument and/or external account. Additionally, you authorize Luxo Holding to collect and securely store the funding instrument and relevant transaction information.
Unsupported assets
Luxo Holding does not support or formally recognize any cryptocurrency or digital/virtual assets ("Unsupported Assets") that are not compatible with Luxo Holding's technology and Platform, including those received through forks, airdrops, user error, OMNI layer protocols, initial coin offering distributions, or any other means. Luxo Holding will not accept or provide any value in relation to such Unsupported Assets, and any attempts to transfer them will be rejected. If an Unsupported Asset is inadvertently sent to Luxo Holding, it will be considered lost and treated as property of Luxo Holding, subject to disposal according to Luxo Holding's policy. Luxo Holding is not responsible for recovering or returning any Unsupported Asset sent by a third party or user, even if the intention was to send such Asset or efforts were made by Luxo Holding to return it. Luxo Holding retains the sole and absolute discretion to list or delist any Asset at any time and may convert an Unsupported Asset into another supported Asset at prevailing market rates, crediting the user with the Value of the Unsupported Asset after deducting the cost of conversion. If Luxo Holding is unable to convert an Unsupported Asset due to legal or regulatory restrictions, lack of available markets, or other reasons, the user may incur a loss of the Value associated with the Unsupported Asset.
TradeStation reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to list or delist any Asset at any time. Should TradeStation de-list an Asset you hold such that it becomes an Unsupported Asset, TradeStation will make reasonable attempts prior to such de-listing to convert any such Asset into another supported Asset of TradeStation choosing at then-prevailing market rates, and credit you with the Value of the Unsupported Asset held, less TradeStation’s cost of such conversion. If Stash Investment is unable to convert an Unsupported Asset into a supported Asset, whether due to legal or regulatory restrictions, the lack of an available market, or otherwise, you may lose the Value of such Unsupported Asset.

Luxo Holding reserves the right to exercise its sole and absolute discretion in handling Unsupported Assets and their conversion, and it is advised to refer to Luxo Holding's policies for further details.
